About Xiamen:

Supermarkets, bus station, taxis, health care facilities and entertainment are easily found. Our city also offers a mix of beautiful beaches as well as hiking trails both natural and developed.

About EF courses:

The EF Stage System (Adults)

All stages in the new stage system consist of two levels (i.e. two books) per stage.  The new system is designed to make the pricing and course length consistent with the two-level stages throughout the EF Education System.  Meanwhile, the old stage labels are replaced with new labels to better facilitate the transfer of students between EF¡¯s different language programs in their home country, abroad or online. 

The EF English First Course books currently range from Level 0 to Level 12.  All new levels directly correspond to the old levels; the levels have not changed.  Levels 13 to 16 are currently being developed.  However, for levels 17 and higher, we recommend using externally published text books.  Please contact your regional Academic Operations Manager for further guidance.

Great Opportunity to Teach In an Amazing City in Southeast China, Xiamen 

Are you looking for a rewarding teaching experience in China? We are currently looking for quality candidates to fill our teaching positions, commencing immediately in the beautiful city of Xiamen. 

Requirements:

1. Nationality: American, British, Canadian, Australian.

2. Language: Native-English speakers without a strong regional accent.

3. Teaching experience

4. University Degree (No exceptions as these are the minimum requirements for a

  work visa)

5. TEFL/TESL/TESOL/CELTA holders preferred

6. Dedicated and determined

7. Outgoing, with a passion for facilitating students' academic success as well as their social and personal growth.                   

Job Details:

1. Working days per week: 5 days

2. Teaching hours per week: around 20 hours. This may rise to 26 real hours during peak summer and winter periods (approximately 3 months)

3. Salary: 6000-6500 yuan per month depending on experience.

4. Time off includes all public holidays and two weeks paid vacation a year.

5. Free fully-furnished accommodation with TV, A/C, refrigerator, washing machine, telephone and more.

6. You have the choice of arranging your own accommodation as well.

7. Airfare refunded (one way or return depending on contract length).

8. Airport pick-up.

9. Work visa fully paid

10. Full, substantial medical insurance.

11. Arrangements of parties, get-togethers, travels downtown, and boat trips to nearby islands.
